Yes I went out in Portland Harbour for a couple of hours foiling, a touch nippy.

Rocket +123 with an AFS 85 foil with the 700 front wing. Started with a Simmer V-Max 7.9m which ended up a bit intermittent on the gliding.

Changed to a V-Max 8.6m which did the trick for a bit more consistent flight.

Only thing I notice now because the stance is a little different to normal windsurfing, is that some of the muscles feel a little strained.

Still better that working. :D
