Friday 22nd November

Post by BillG » Fri Nov 22, 2019 4:35 pm

After yesterdays travel fiasco tried again today and got to Hayling about 10.30 wind was almost southerly so very on shore but the waves curved round to the sand bar and were quite fun sized. 4.7 and Moo 66l were just right again for two hours when the wind dropped right down so called it a day.

The wind had moved round more to the east and picked up as I was leaving, looked good for those still out.

PS. Nice and warm today.

Yep caught the swing across at Milford from 1. Waist to head high port tack x-shore, mostly planning. Stayed 'till 4 i was having so much fun. Great to get the 5 batten 5.2 Ezzy Panther 3 out again whilst the 3 batten Fringe gets fixed.

& i used those ION Claw gloves again without getting forearm cramps (@KBay on Tuesday too, all day). But, omg, there is a bit of wear on them now.

PS, actually didn't need the gloves today being 6-10c
