A great training session for the young PWA female competitors - following on from a previous one with Justyna Snaidy. This one was in Tenerife, with Iballa Moreno.

Podcast#11 Patrik Diethelm.
This one is 2 hours 43 minutes.
I did a quick skim of it and it seems to focus a lot on design, but covers competitions, mentality of competing, contracts, etc.

Listened to this over the last couple of days. Really good insight into the industry and the development process of gear and the characters in the sport.

I listened to it. I'm interested in design and Patrik describes the type of designer he is and how addicted he is to it. He also did a great interview with Ant Baker, where he explained details of his designs for a couple of boards and the slalom sail.
I enjoyed it.

Episode #14 Balz Muller.

If you don't know him, he is into freestyle, freestyle foiling and winging - but still wants it to be windy enough for windsurfing as first choice.
A 10 on the enthusiasm, commitment, enjoyment scales.
