Podcast 5 - Craig Gertenbach, brand manager of Fanatic.
This one gives an insight to the windsurf industry. I'd say it's not as entertaining as the other Podcasts, but he comes across as likeable and sensible.

Alternatively, there are a number of new windsurf classics from the past added to this list.

Podcast 7 - Sarah Quita Offringa.
A very relaxed interesting episode. She's possibly the most complete advert for windsurfing.

Two interesting vids from Auz. A bit long but showing all the bits the highly edited stuff leave out - especially the exiting the water in the second (31mins onwards).

I like the Shark Island videos, because you can see the decisions he is making, and a lot of the problems that occur. Worth watching several times.

Podcast 9 should be a treat! The flying camel - Arnon Dagan.

It's about 2 hours long, but a lot of variety and a lot of interesting stuff - and some of the many funny happenings that Arnon can tell so well.

An ongoing theme of many podcasts is how to make windsurfing more successful in future. Arnon's idea of finishing the competition on a Saturday, have a party that night and a promotion day on the Sunday makes a lot of sense. Also investing in young sailors, which Arnon and Ricardo Campello mentioned - Justyna Snaidy and Iballa Moreno have recently arranged free clinics for young girls for competing in waves.
Drones are another big change which can make windsurfing much better for video.
Like Arnon says, the sport has attributes that should make it more promotable.
