Yeah, they've all been sticking pics of plane tickets and loaded trolleys and storm shots up on Instagram. Can't wait.

I always get nervous when the storm chase is announced, and i’m safe on my couch! Hard to imagine what the sailors must feel like, making their way across to compete in those conditions.

Looking forward to it!

Very strong Southerly and Westerly winds starting all through the weekend building and swinging North through Monday and Tuesday. Biggest waves could be Tuesday.

Almost any spot in west / north Ireland will work at some point.

One of my best windsurfing trips was to go down to Cornwall and watch the final last time around. To spend the extra day and be able to catch up with all the sailors was a massive learning experience.

10m @19s forecast on Tuesday! Not that windy though - that could actually be a good thing! Forecast for both wind and wave is probably still going to change a lot though...

https://www.redbull.com/gb-en/events/re ... torm-chase - they were pretty good at updating their own media last time around. Keep an eye on Red Bull Social Media channels as well.
