Post by MartinJ » Wed Dec 26, 2018 3:25 pm

Jono is through the Dardanelles and making good progress into the Sea of Marmara. But it must be cold - 6 degrees max in Istanbul.

Jono's tracker is showing he's now in Georgia; another country (Turkey) 'ticked off the list'. Sadly it looks like local tensions will mean he can't sail the Georgia / Abkhazia coast and so it's ferry-to-Ukraine time.

Quite amazing.
How ironic that he can overcome all coastlines and conditions but be halted by humanity.
